Processing Time All orders are processed within 10-21 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected.

International Shipping We ship internationally. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Items We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
